Cloaked Press is an independent publisher of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror with a “Stories With Teeth” vibe—dark, whimsical, and reader-forward. In my role as Social Media Manager and Marketing Coordinator, I build platform-specific content systems, run campaigns around key releases and announcements, and translate performance data into repeatable growth strategies.

- Threads: 1,737,063 profile views (+3445% vs. previous period)
- Facebook: 1,060 page & post engagements (+755%), 474 reactions (+516%), 17 new fans (+1700%), 30 posts (+275%)
- Instagram: 17,453 impressions (+308%), 4,518 reach (+423%), 86 new followers (+231%), 738 likes (+332%), 61 comments (+178%), 36 posts (+300%)
- Instagram content mix: Posts drive 84.2% of views (Stories 10.6%, Reels 5.3%)
- Instagram visibility: 25,277 views and 2,855 accounts reached (74.8% followers / 25.2% non-followers)
- Site awareness: 23K views, 10K active users, 10K new users (Jan–Today)
What I Did
Social Media Management
- Planned and published consistent, on-brand content across Threads, Instagram, and Facebook
- Built repeatable content pillars: announcements, cover reveals, submissions calls, community posts, and backlist spotlights
- Wrote platform-native captions and CTAs designed to drive saves, comments, shares, clicks, and follows
- Created “story-first” creative that matches Cloaked Press’s dark/whimsical aesthetic
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinated campaign timelines around releases and key seasonal beats
- Tracked performance and adjusted content based on what audiences engaged with
- Supported community growth by prioritizing conversation-driven posts (not just announcements)
- Maintained momentum with measurable output increases (posting volume and engagement lifts)
